Elsa Pataky was on vacation this month, and she put together a montage of some pics and videos from her travels in a sweet Instagram video that she posted for followers.
The actress included some clips where she was wearing a cute swimsuit, and it put her toned butt, legs, and abs on full display.

Elsa Pataky is beating the heat back home in Spain, and she has an epic Instagram montage of her travels to show everyone how much fun she was having. The Interceptor star dropped a slew of pics and videos on social media that’ll make you want to book a trip (and buy a new swimsuit) ASAP.

Elsa set the whole montage to the Beach Boys’ “Good Vibrations" and it's a total mood. First, there’s Elsa, looking strong all over while scuba diving in a swimsuit, Elsa flashing her toned legs as she and her husband, Chris Hemsworth, jump off the top of a boat into the gorgeous water below, a bunch of shots of Elsa’s family in the water, and Elsa and Chris showing off their jacked arms under a Spanish flag.

“España 🇪🇸 …., you always make me feel happy!” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “Family time. Enjoy ❤️,” one said, while another wrote, “Completely perfect 🙌💕.”

For example, when she was playing Captain JJ Collins in the Netflix thriller, Interceptor, she told Entertainment Tonight that her goal was to build muscle. I'd say mission accomplished, Elsa!

"We were probably working out every day for like an hour and a half, and then we started to prepare for the movie," she said. "We started just getting into all those fights, which is like three hours a day, four months before the movie. We were, like, every day learning all those movies. It's like this choreography that you have to go through."

Elsa specifically did bootcamp-style workouts where she did things like carry weights up hills, she told People. “I wanted to feel what the army girls go through,” she said. It definitely wasn’t easy. “My body was hurting so much,” Elsa said.

But Elsa doesn’t just work out for roles—she’s also just big on exercising. She previously told Women's Health UK that she starts to feel off if she goes more than two weeks without a workout. “I just get really nervous and my energy starts to go down,” she said, noting that boxing, HIIT workouts, yoga, and swimming are her favorite activities.

Foodwise, Elsa has said she’s just into eating healthy. She follows a Mediterranean diet, she said on the Australia morning show Sunrise, per Who magazine. “I don't believe anything about diets, like quick diets that you do before summer,” she said. “I feel like miracles don't exist.”
