Elizabeth Hurley Has Ultra-Sculpted Abs Dancing In A Bikini In This IG Video

  • Elizabeth Hurley has been blessing the internet with all kinds of bikini pics this summer, and she just dropped another cute video on the 'gram from her dreamy vacay.

  • The 57-year-old posted a video of herself shakin' it in her iconic blue bikini, and she was all kinds of toned, from her abs to her toes.

  • Elizabeth is a big fan of "found fitness" and loves to get active in her garden.

Elizabeth Hurley, 57, has got some amazing dance moves, and showed them off in a new Instagram video. The model and actress also wore a blue bikini with gold chain detail from her Elizabeth Hurley Swim line, showing off how strong and toned she was while taking a dip in cold waters off of a boat somewhere sunny and warm.

"Do you hate people making a fuss getting into cold water? 😉," she captioned the video.

Elizabeth has been on vacay and she hasn't been shy about sharing her warm weather must-have items—which aside from a cute bikini, include a hat and sunscreen.

To stay so strong, Elizabeth prefers to get active outdoors. "I do a lot of exercises, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do," she told Extra in 2019.

Liz also does some at-home exercises and goes on long hikes with her dogs, the actress shared with The Cut in 2017. Plus, she tries to stretch every day.

“I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home. I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.”

For her health, Elizabeth is also devoted to attending the VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth, a holistic luxury wellness resort in Austria, which according to the resort’s website, is a ‘personalized health concept’ promises to help visitors “find your way to long-term health and a new quality of life” with the latest medical technologies and modern Mayr medicine.

She visited the resort back in February, and posted a photo of herself with a hurt ankle.

She also shared that she spent her time there doing "detox, physio, infusions and footbaths." Sounds like a good time to me!

In her day-to-day life, Elizabeth sticks to unprocessed foods. And she's all in on the home-grown stuff.

“I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”

Love to see it, Liz!
