Eastern Stark land transfers: Burger Hut property sold for $180,000

While the purchase was announced Oct. 4 on the company’s Facebook page, the real estate transfer for Burger Hut property on North Union Avenue officially has been posted by the Stark County Auditor’s Office.

Three properties were part of P&B’s Burger Hut LLC purchase of the restaurant. Along with the restaurant land at 745 N. Union Ave., the company also purchased a property on Keystone Street. The total purchase price for the land was $180,000.

The real estate transfers cover Sept. 30 to Oct. 6:
