EastEnders confirms secret revenge plan for Kat Mitchell

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders has revealed a secret revenge plan for Kat Mitchell against Nish Panesar.

Viewers know that Nish has been manipulating Kat for weeks, giving her free housing for her family in the wake of her split from Phil as a means to make her dependent on him.

Monday's (February 26) episode saw Kat discover that Phil may well be trying to cheat her in their divorce proceedings when she found out he'd bought back the Arches.

Kat initially went to Phil with concerns about Raymond in the wake of Denise Fox being sectioned, though he coldly shut down her concern.

Nish could barely contain his excitement about Phil's business secrets, as this could be his chance to get his hands on the Mitchell family fortune.

The scheming villain tried to set Kat up with sleazy divorce lawyer Roger Peel to get a kickback on a potential settlement.

In the Square, Suki tried to warn Kat that Nish was only trying to manipulate her so he could take control of any financial windfall from her divorce.

"Why would I listen to you, his bitter ex-wife?" Kat asked, with Stacey reminding her: "Just remember what he's capable of. He signed [Eve's] death warrant!"

"It's a scam, don't trust him," Suki warned Kat.

Kat ultimately saw through Nish's conniving move and sought out Suki at No.31 to discuss Nish's true motives.

"You were right, he was playing me. I'm really sick of blokes like him thinking they can walk all over me," Kat told her.

When Kat promised Nish wouldn't get away with what he'd done, Suki reminded her that the villain is "a very dangerous man".

"I don't care, I'm going to destroy him but I need your help," Kat demanded.

Suki refused to get involved, explaining to Kat that she couldn't cross Nish again after the way he'd tried to destroy her life.

"He don't scare me," Kat shot back. "He ain't going to get away with this!"

Will Kat get her revenge?
