It’s been a big week for Dua Lipa. First, she made her red carpet debut with official new boyfriend Romain Gavras at the Cannes Film Festival—while wearing an *insane* Celine backless dress featuring sultry cutout details, a flash of underboob, and a thigh-high leg slit. A day or so later, she sent the internet into a frenzy with the announcement of her new song in the hotly anticipated upcoming Barbie film. And to top it all off, Dua then hosted an epic celeb-filled fashion show to unveil her much-hyped high summer collaboration collection with Versace (which, incidentally, is available to shop now—and we’re eyeing every single piece).

All that and it’s only Wednesday. We’re exhausted just thinking about it! But when there’s a Dua, there’s a way, it seems—because the star has also just become Dazed magazine’s latest cover star. And we have to say, she’s looking hotter than ever.

Coinciding with the release of her La Vacanza collection with Versace, Dua stunned on the magazine’s summer issue cover—wearing pieces from the collab, of course. And we have to say, she’s giving *serious* Y2K princess vibes in her pink bedazzled bodysuit and TINY chain-mail baby-blue miniskirt. It’s such a cute look, and the addition of a chunky medallion hip belt is just the cherry on top.

Prepare to see a *lot* more of this classic naughties accessory cropping up over the next few months. Besides Dua, we’ve already spotted chunky chain belts on the catwalk at Gucci’s 2024 cruise show and all over TikTok too—so it’s safe to say this is going to be a BIG trend this season.

Dazed has also provided a sneak peek at some of the other looks Dua rocks inside the latest issue of the magazine—and they’re every bit as fabulous. In one image, the pop star is giving serious dolce vita vibes in a black-and-white polka-dot dress with a daring bra cutout and sultry leg slit. Another photo posted to the magazine’s Instagram, meanwhile, shows Dua in a classic black tailored look with a cheeky pop of bra.

Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it. You can bet we’ll be snapping up a copy the second it hits newsstands—and in the meantime, we’re dusting off our old chunky belts and preparing to take them for a spin for summer 2023.
