You’ll encounter plenty of strange people and locations during your adventure in Dragon’s Dogma 2, but none are strange in quite the same way as the Nameless Village. We’ll explain how to find this village’s secret hideout so can complete your quest and get a nice treasure for your efforts.

If you poke around people’s homes in this village, you can find a few stray notes pointing to a secret, but nothing conclusive. Head up to the large building on the hill and Flaude will give you a Maister’s Teaching for the Thief vocation if you’re a high enough rank in it, but don’t think this is all there is to find there.

If you sit on a bench and wait until nightfall, most of the village’s population will suddenly start walking up the hill, but rather than go into the building, they’ll walk around to the left of it. Tail them from a distance and they’ll lead you to a big hole in the ground.

Follow them down it, and you’ll be faced with two small parkour puzzles that require you to time your jumps across a series of see-saw platforms. Alternatively, you can throw one of your pawns on top of the ledge and get them to kick down the ladder for you – we all have different solutions.

Reach the end and you’ll discover the true Thieves Guild. Srail will give you the quest item you came for, and talking to him again will grant you a second Maister’s Teaching for the Thief class – a powerful ability that lets you automatically dodge attacks.
