In a new Instagram video posted yesterday, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—challenged fans to guess at the size of a massive lipoma extracted from a woman's side. And if you're right, you'll win more than just the satisfaction of being able to correctly guesstimate the mass of a hunk of fatty tissue.

In the video, Dr. Lee wrestles with a massive lipoma, all while casually chatting up her patient, who explains that her daughter recommended Dr. Lee based on her YouTube channel.
