Doug McDermott out for the rest of Monday's game with a sore right calf

INDIANAPOLIS ― Pacers wing Doug McDermott will not return to Monday's game with a sore right calf, according to a social media post from the Pacers public relations department.

McDermott played 4 minutes and 50 seconds and missed two 3-pointers. He was replaced by rookie forward Jarace Walker in the second unit.

McDermott is in his second stint with the Pacers and was acquired from the Spurs at the trade deadline as part of a three-way deal that sent Buddy Hield to the 76ers. In six games with the Pacers, he has scored 19 points on 7-of-24 shooting. He is averaging 9.0 points per game for his career however and is a career 41.1% 3-point shooter.
