Donna Kelce and Taylor Swift's friendship continues to be adorable.

While attending QVC's first-ever Age of Possibility summit in Las Vegas on April 24, America's favorite football mom tells PEOPLE that she doesn't need to offer Swift, 34, any advice on growing older.

"She doesn’t need my advice on anything," Donna says. "In fact, I hope she will give me advice."

As a mother to two NFL stars, though, Donna has given her sons Jason and Travis Kelce plenty of advice, and shares the best wisdom she told them when they were growing up.

"Enjoy life, be kind to others, treat everyone the same," she says. "And work ethic: try your hardest, work longer, harder, more than anyone else at your work, and if you do that it will pay off.

The first-ever QVC summit brought together 50 inspiring women from various fields, including Donna and stars like Martha Stewart and Christina Applegate, for an intimate day of compelling conversation, creative inspiration and cultural truths.

"This event is about the empowerment of women," Donna tells PEOPLE. "A lot of women think if they just work hard and if they do everything, they will get promoted. They don’t realize they have to ask for what they want. You have to say I want that job. They could be thinking she has two kids, she is too busy, she can’t do this. It is important to ask for what you want."

Guests at the QVC summit were surprised by actor Bradley Cooper and his mom, Gloria Cooper, who brought their Danny & Coop's Cheesesteaks food truck to serve lunch to attendees.

Donna says she knew Bradley, 49, and his mother were attending the event ahead of time because Travis, 34, sent her a photo of himself and Swift on a beachside double date with Bradley and his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, a close friend of Swift's.

The summit was held just days after Swift released her highly-anticipated new album The Tortured Poets Departmenton April 19.

Donna tells PEOPLE she "listened to it all morning long when it was released."

"I was just very impressed. She is a very talented woman, and I think it is probably her best work," Donna says of the 31-track double album.

Donna wasn't the only Kelce impressed by the singer's new album. On April 24, a source close to Travis told PEOPLE that the NFL star listened to The Tortured Poets Department ahead of its release, and that he's "always in awe" of Swift's work.
