A home with an unassuming exterior that hides a fun basement secret inside has landed on the market in Northfield, Ohio, for $799,900 – and a popular real estate social media page can’t get enough.

The ranch-style home, built in 2018, has three bedrooms, five bathrooms and comes complete with a wild, night-out atmosphere in its “lower finished walkout,” the listing on Zillow.com says.

“Currently being used as a recording studio it features his and her bathrooms, a huge stage area as well as two additional finished rooms which could be used as bedrooms with walk-in closets,” the listing describes the space.

“An 11-foot ceiling accents the main room on this level and the space currently used as a wet bar area could easily be converted to a kitchen. The exterior entrance and exit are at the rear of the home and parking for at least eight vehicles plus the five car garage with 3 of the parking areas heated and insulated allows for large parties as well as a possible business opportunity.”

Of course, there’s also other features in and around the 4,798-square-foot residence that sits on two acres per the listing and photos, including:

  • Ball field

  • Half-court basketball area

  • Hardwood floors throughout

  • Fireplace

  • Spa-like primary bathroom

The lower part of the house managed to charm fans of Zillow Gone Wild, a Facebook page and Twitter account that highlights unique homes on the real estate market.

“Wow, I’d never leave home,” one person gushed.

“I love how every post start off calm and civil like ‘Yes this is the entryway. Very spacious. Indubitably.’ And then five pics later you’re at the gates of Mordor with Bilbo Baggins and Smaug,” another joked.

“I actually don’t hate it! I’d love to have that recording studio!!! What a dream!” someone said.

“Started out so elegant. And then it went in all sorts of different directions,” one person observed. “Not really bad, just, different.”

“A recording studio AND a stripper club… it all looked so unassuming until ya went downstairs,” another joked.

“Full going my dream of owning a venue and a home at the same time,” someone tweeted.

“This is what I imagine in my head anytime someone says ‘it’s a house show,’” one person said.

“A bar in the house? Sure!” another noted.
