A new Dollar General is open in Myrtle Beach, SC. Here’s where

Myrtle Beach is getting a new shopping location.

Dollar General is adding another site to the Grand Strand area, according to a press release from the company. The new location is already open and at 4769 Highway 501. The new Dollar General is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will hire six to 10 people, according to the press release.

Several Dollar Generals have opened in other locations recently. In August 2023, Conway welcomed a new location, and another Myrtle Beach spot opened in October 2023 at 101 Fetlock Drive, The Sun News reported at the time.
