When does Seabreeze open? Opening date and new attractions for 2024
What says summer in Rochester more than Seabreeze? The beloved amusement park is set to open Saturday, May 18. A new season passport is $99.99 for kids and seniors, $114.99 for others. Or you can renew. Prep work for 2024 has been long underway at the park, said Natalie Darrow, director of marketing.
Going to Seabreeze is a tradition, and draws visitors heavily from Monroe and the handful of surrounding counties. The water park side is slated to open May 25, weather permitting.
New attractions at Seabreeze amusement park for 2024
New this year is a "high-flying" family ride called Windstarz. "This interactive family ride creates an experience similar to hang gliding, you and your co-pilot push the control bar up towards the sky."
There will be improvements to the Chick ‘N’ Fries stand and the gift shop.
Free Senior Tuesdays start June 25. Anyone 60 years of age or older will receive free admission to the park any Tuesday, as was the case last year.
Cirque En Vol will be back on stage this summer with new acts. Also new to the show is the Cloud Swing. The Cirque En Vol shows run from June 20 to Sept. 2.
