A little over a month after the Walt Disney Company announced that it would be purchasing the remaining stake in Hulu from Comcast, the House of Mouse rolled out a beta version of its new streaming experience: Hulu on Disney+. Bundle subscribers will now be able to stream Hulu content like Only Murders in the Building and The Bear on Disney+.

"There are a few reasons why we think this is going to be an exciting new experience for our subscribers,” Joe Earley, Disney Entertainment’s President of Direct-to-Consumer, has said (via the Walt Disney Company). “Even before the launch of Disney+, research was very clear that consumers want ‘kid time,’ ‘we time,’ and ‘me time.’ I want incredible stuff for my kids, I want to watch things as a family, and then I want to put the kids to bed and watch things that are more adult in nature."

Is Hulu on Disney+ a new app or streamer?

No. Hulu on Disney+ is not a new app. It is available to bundle subscribers on the Disney+ app and Disney+ site.

When does Hulu on Disney+ launch?

The beta version launched on Dec. 6 in the U.S. ahead of its official launch, which is set to take place in March 2024.

Where to find Hulu on Disney+?

A tile for the Hulu hub appears on the main page along with the Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic tiles.

How much is Hulu on Disney+?

Hulu on Disney+ is available to bundle subscribers. There are two bundle plans, which include Disney+ and Hulu: the duo basic with ads for $9.99 and the duo premium without ads for $19.99. Disney also offers a trio bundle with ESPN+ for $14.99 with ads and $24.99 without ads.

What Hulu content will be on Disney+?

There will be more content on Disney+ thanks to the integration. Hulu originals like Only Murders in the Building, The Handmaid's Tale, The Kardashians, The Bear will be available, along with the majority of Hulu content, including ABC's Abbott Elementary, Bachelor in Paradise and The Golden Bachelor. According to Deadline, all seasons of Grey’s Anatomy will be on Hulu on Disney+ when it officially launches in 2024.

Yes! Both Hulu and Disney+ will still be available as separate streamers. In fact, "Hulu + Live TV and Premium add ons will still only be available within the Hulu app," per the Walt Disney Company.
