The District 3 basketball playoffs start Monday. Here's the schedule for area teams

GameTimePA will be well represented in the District 3 boys' and girls' basketball tournaments that tip off Monday.

Thirty-six teams from the GameTimePA coverage area in Adams, Franklin, Lebanon and York counties have qualified in one of six classifications in each tournament. Four squads are the top-ranked teams in their class.

On the boys' side, Central York is the top seed in Class 6A. On the girls' side, the top seeds are Delone Catholic (Class 4A), York Suburban (Class 5A) and Lebanon (Class 6A).

First-round games will be played Monday, Feb. 19 and Tuesday, Feb. 20. Higher seeds will host all games until the championships, which will be played at Giant Center Feb. 28 to March 1.

Boys' Class 5A first round

  • No. 13 Lower Dauphin at No. 4 Greencastle-Antrim, 7 p.m.

  • No. 14 New Oxford at No. 3 York Suburban, 7 p.m.

  • No. 11 Muhlenberg at No. 6 West York, 7 p.m.

Girls' Class 3A quarterfinals

  • No. 5 Oley Valley at No. 4 York Catholic, 7 p.m.

Girls' Class 4A first round

  • No. 9 Bermudian Springs at No. 8 Eastern York, 7 p.m.

Girls' Class 6A first round

  • No. 9 Ephrata at No. 8 South Western, 7 p.m.

  • No. 12 Cedar Crest at No. 5 Northeastern, 7 p.m.

  • No. 10 York High at No. 7 Central York, 7 p.m.
