Christine Fitzgibbons and Leslie Meyers, owners of Bargello Needlepoint, look over a canvas in front of a wall of fibers at their shop in Tuckahoe. According to their website, "Bargello Needlepoint is a full-service shop that honors its classic namesake while celebrating modern style. We offer a carefully curated array of sophisticated canvases, a spectrum of gorgeous fibers, all the necessary accessories, as well as first-class finishing services."

Christie Vozniak, front, leads a class in Ballet 2 at The Dance Gallery in Tuckahoe. The class, for 12- to 14-year-olds, is one of many offered at the studio owned by Jennifer DeFabbia. The Dance Gallery has about 75 students ranging in age from preschool to adult, and offers classes such as tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, ballet and musical theater.

The library is currently using the Tuckahoe Community Center as its home base.

Matt Sellecchia, owner of Paws and Play Pet Resort and Training Center in Tuckahoe, entertains a group of canines during day care playtime. The center, in business for 13 years, provides day care, overnight stays, grooming and training for around 100 pets.

The Parish of Immaculate Conception & Assumption of Our Lady in Tuckahoe was established by Timothy Cardinal Dolan on August 1, 2015, with Rev. Anthony D. Sorgie as the founding pastor. The "Church on the Hill," the second Catholic Church in Tuckahoe, replaced the original church in Waverly Square. The stone facade of the French Gothic Revival church was constructed from locally quarried Tuckahoe marble.

Pasquale Santelli, owner of Pasquale's Deli, makes a batch of mozzarella early in the morning in his store in Tuckahoe. He makes about 400 to 500 pounds of the fresh cheese each week. Santelli, with more than 45 years in the food industry, has been at his current location for about five years. The Italian specialty shop sells everything from the popular chicken cutlets and prosciutto to seasonal items, and also serves a hot breakfast and lunch.

Miriam Speropoulos, the owner of Antiques & Consignment on the Square, checks out a ring with her loupe in her shop in Tuckahoe. The high-end shop, in the village for 17 years, buys, sells and consigns everything from estate jewelry, artwork, crystal, china, watches and other fine items.

Kasey Schwartz, the head brewer at Broken Bow Brewery, is pictured with some of the brewing vats inside of the brewery in Tuckahoe. According to the brewery's website, "our passion towards offering quality beer that reflects our respect for sustainability & community is deeply personal. Family owned & operated, our earliest brews were designed to be enjoyed with family & friends." Broken Bow Brewery has been in the village for 10 years and produces a variety of craft beers and craft hard seltzers.

Maribel Diaz, president and owner of Lotus Threads, shows off a hand-beaded wedding dress at her shop in Tuckahoe. The high-end wedding and special occasion dress shop has been in the village for three years and the business has been around for 12 years. The shop, located in the historic Yorkville Federal building, has more than 500 bridal dresses and also creates custom dresses for customers.

The Generoso Pope Foundation Building, originally dedicated as the Tuckahoe Village Hall on July 4, 1913, and rededicated Jan. 9, 2023, as the Generous Pope Foundation Building, is now home to the Westchester Italian Cultural Center. From a plaque outside of the building: "The cultural center preserves, promotes and celebrates the rich heritage of classic and contemporary Italian culture by encouraging an appreciation of the Italian language, arts and letters, history, cuisine and commerce through educational programs, exhibits and events."
