Disabled Dog Celebrates Birthday with Worldwide Balloon Surprise

If you need your faith in humanity restored look no further than this beautiful paralyzed dog who recently celebrated their 13th birthday.

With hundreds of balloons donated from all over the world. It's just so wonderful that so many people came together to celebrate this special pup.

The video shared by the TikTok account for @Super_scooty is just too sweet for words. People magazine reports that "Scooty's pet parent added that those who donated money toward this year's decorations would also be contributing to the publication of a children's book honoring the canine character, in addition to getting the chance to see Scooty pop a balloon handwritten with their personal message."

Scooty's owner posted on Instagram, "12 years ago today I took a leap of faith and adopted a very special, special needs girl. So to celebrate- We ordered over 100 balloons to be delivered! thanks to everyone who donated for her book! It took 5 car loads! 3 friends and my I tirelessly hand wrote all your messages and I will be posting them in the stories through out the day! She didn’t managed to pop as many of them as I thought she would, keep in mind she’s an older lady these days so I just let her have fun whichever way she wanted to!"

It's just so wonderful that so many people from all over wanted to celebrate this precious pup! It makes you realize there is still so much good in the world. Happy birthday Scooty!
