How did Tom Brady spend his weekend? Helping Hurricane Ian victims in this way.

In the wake of public announcing he and his wife of 13 years, model Gisele Bundchen, are getting a divorce, Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady spent part of his weekend delivering food to Hurricane Ian victims, according to reports.

The town, which stretches between Sarasota and Charlotte counties, was hit hard by the Category 4 storm in late September.

According to the Charlotte Sun, Brady was with two of his children to help Operation BBQ Relief, a nonprofit based in Kansas City, Missouri, that arrived to Southwest Florida on Sept. 29, the day after Hurricane Ian made landfall.

Stan Hays, the organization’s CEO, told the news outlet they will be close to delivering 890,000 meals by the end of next weekend.

Hays said Brady, who asked not for photos to be taken, reached out asking how he could help, the Sun reported. That included delivering meals Saturday to mobile home park residents that felt Ian’s destructive path in Englewood and North Port, according to the Sun.

The Englewood Chamber of Commerce posted a photo of Brady, who was wearing an Operation BBQ Relief T-shirt and wearing a hat with sunglasses, to its Facebook page.

The Buccaneers played Thursday and lost to the Baltimore Ravens, the team’s third straight loss. On Friday, Brady and Bundchen each made social media posts confirming they are divorcing.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady spent his off day on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022, delivering meals to people in Englewood, Florida that were effected by Hurricane Ian in September.
