Things are finally starting to feel like fall these days, what with Halloween right around the corner, and Thanksgiving following soon behind. Of course, it's time to switch up our wardrobes, which Diane Kruger seems to know perfectly well. And her seasonal style is *on point* RN.

The actress, 46, stepped out in New York City's Midtown this week rocking a chic black-and-white ensemble that included a buffalo-checked coat over a black minidress with bow accents. She paired all of this with black ankle socks and heels that highlighted her super long, toned legs. Seriously, Diane is looking so strong and happy in these pics.

Diane shared with WH in 2021 that after giving birth to her daughter with partner Norman Reedus in November 2018, she was ready to get her body moving like it did pre-pregnancy. Diane shared that throughout her pregnancy, she worked out for 30 minutes a day, walking, doing the elliptical, or performing a squat routine with five-pound weights.

And by the time she was just six months post-partum, she was training for her action film The 355.

“It was exhilarating to go back to working out—to lifting heavy, kicking higher, and trusting my body,” she told WH. For the film, Diane worked out for five weeks before filming started, and did daily two-hour training sessions that included fight training, with moves like boxing drills and kicks, as well as practice in wrestling, grappling, and basic gymnastics.

Now, Diane works out four times a week, where she hits the gym and does the elliptical, burpees, box jumps, sit-ups, planks, and weighted squats. She also shared that her attitude about working out has changed.

“I was naturally skinny when I was younger, and I did a lot of ballet and ballroom dancing, so I didn’t work out traditionally. But by the time I hit about 32, I felt my metabolism change. That’s when I thought I needed to work out to be able to eat what I wanted—and I dreaded it,” she said. But with strength training, she “witnessed my body change.”

Diane's diet is pretty balanced. "I try to eat organic, but I'm not obsessive about food," she told The New Potato. "Poached eggs with avocado on multigrain bread for breakfast, some sort of salmon dish for lunch, nuts as snacks during the day, and maybe chicken or veal for dinner with veggies and red wine."

That includes healthy breakfast bowls with lots of fruit.

And she also has an affinity for French fries and rosé.

I love it, Diane!
