Diamondbacks vs. Rangers fan updates: Fans can get into Arizona State Fair free on Saturday

The Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Philadelphia Phillies in their first Game 7 since the 2001 World Series, where Luis Gonzalez hit a walk-off single to win the team's first-ever championship.

The DBacks once again succeeded, this time with Corbin Carroll and Gabriel Moreno leading the offense and Diamondbacks pitchers holding the potent Phillies to two runs, winning 4-2 at Citizens Bank Park to propel themselves into the World Series for a showdown with the Texas Rangers. Game 1 of the Fall Classic is 5 p.m. Friday at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, and will be shown on Fox.

Chase Field offers guide for visitors with disabilities

Fans with disabilities can prepare for their visit to Chase Stadium before the game to find the best way to accommodate their needs. Chase Field has accessible parking, captioning and wheelchair storage for guests.

The Chase Field garage has 31 parking spaces designated for vehicles displaying a valid disabled plate or placard. Chase Field's accessible seating is integrated throughout the ballpark and is available at every pricing level, including the dugout box. Arizona State Fair offers another day of free entry for DBacks fans

DBacks fans can celebrate Game 2 of the World Series with free admission to the Arizona State Fair on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m.

All fans need to do is show up at the fair wearing DBacks gear like a T-shirt, jersey or hat for free admission on Saturday.

Fans can join together with food and drinks to watch Friday’s and Saturday’s games at 5 p.m. at the fair’s "The Hangout,” located near Kiddieland.

Who is singing the national anthem before the game?

Grammy award-winning musician H.E.R. will be performing the national anthem prior to first pitch. H.E.R, which is an acronym for “Having Everything Revealed,” is a professional R&B singer, songwriter and actress. She won five Grammys and has been nominated for 25 total.

This will not be H.E.R.'s first time on one of sport’s biggest stages, as she performed “America the Beautiful” at the Superbowl in 2021.

Is there a watch party for Game 1 of the World Series in Phoenix?

Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen & Bar will be hosting the official Diamondbacks watch party. It is located outside of Chase Field on Jefferson and Fourth streets. Festivities are set to begin at 4 p.m., as are the happy hour deals. There will be a raffle for prizes including postseason merchandise, signed baseballs and bats and tickets to Games 3 and 4.
