Last week, it was announced that 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel requested a trade. Former Cowboys star Dez Bryant, however, isn’t so sure Samuel should want out of San Francisco.During an interview with TMZ Sports, Bryant addressed Samuel’s situation. He believes the 49ers offer the best situation for Samuel.

“If we strictly talking about football,” Bryant said. “I think the 49ers is a great place for him. Kyle Shanahan, he is a genius. He knows how to get you the ball. And, a lot of organizations don’t know how to do that.”

That being said, Bryant understands why Samuel wants out. The All-Pro wideout wants to be compensated well for the foreseeable future.

“Deebo had a hell of a year. The receiver market is extremely high, so I understand where he’s coming from. He wants to get his, and he deserves his,” Bryant added.

On Wednesday, Samuel commented on his situation with the 49ers.

“To real to entertain half the stuff y’all be saying but it do be funny though… everybody want they voice to be heard about a situation they know nothing about and just be saying whatever the next person say… Have a blessed day,” Samuel tweeted.

With the NFL Draft less than 12 hours away, the 49ers may have to field some trade calls.
