When do the Detroit Lions pick today?

The Lions entered Saturday with four selections on Day 3 of the NFL draft 2024 hosted in downtown Detroit, with Rounds 4-7 taking place beginning at noon to finish the three-day record-setting event. The Lions didn't have a fourth-round pick, but control two sixth-rounders.

That quickly changed, as the Lions traded up twice to make fourth-round picks. Let Lions general manager Brad Holmes, coach Dan Campbell and staff cook!

The Lions on Thursday in the first round traded up five spots to No. 24 overall to select Alabama cornerback Terrion Arnold. In Friday's second round, they drafted Missouri cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr. at No. 61 overall. They traded their third-round pick (No. 73 from Minnesota) to take Arnold and added a 2025 seventh-round pick.
