If you’ve never been to The Bronx, let the Bodega Boys, Desus Nice and The Kid Mero, introduce you. As an ode to the NYC borough, the Bronx natives dropped their Desus and Mero x Timberland line.

Pop culture commenters Desus and Mero are two podcasters-turned late-night hosts of their own self-titled show on Showtime. In addition to earning themselves a New York Times best-selling book, Desus and Mero now have a shoe collection. The late-night hosts joined forces with Timberland, a shoe brand often associated with The Bronx, for their own take on two of the brand’s classic boot silhouettes.

Inspired by their upbringing in The Bronx, the dynamic duo created their version of the Waterproof Field Boots and the Waterproof 6-inch Boots.

The Desus and Mero x Timberland take on the Waterproof Field Boots features brown suede with crocodile print uppers. Plus, there’s a Desus and Mero logo on side of the boot that Mero actually designed for the show written in graffiti print. The boots themselves feature rubber lug outsoles and anti-fatigue technology for people who are on their feet for long periods of time.

The second (and slightly more expensive) pair of boots will remind you of those classic marble notebooks. The side of these boots have “Bodega Boys” written in red sharpie and the back tongue of the boots features the term “AKA,” part of the group’s closing lines on their podcast.

In the words of the Bodega Boys themselves, “the brand is strong.”
