Desmond Ridder among Kelces' 'New Heights' podcast guests

Desmond Ridder, a former University of Cincinnati Bearcats' football star, joined Jason and Travis Kelce, the Cincinnati Bengals' Joe Burrow and Orlando Brown Jr. and others for Thursday's live taping of the Kelces' podcast, "New Heights," at UC's Fifth Third Arena.

Brown was the second guest introduced. Burrow was third.

Ridder was the first special guest introduced. Ridder's interview included an acknowledgement of UC special teams coordinator and cornerbacks coach and longtime Colerain High School head coach Kerry Coombs.

Derek Wolfe, a fellow former Bearcats standout who played nine NFL seasons, also was on hand Thursday night.

Ridder, a third-round pick of the Falcons in 2022 who helped UC to its first-ever College Football Playoff appearance in his fourth and final season as the Bearcats' quarterback, was traded in March to the Arizona Cardinals.
