Denise Richards’ Drastic Hair Transformation Gets Mixed Reactions From Fans

Denise Richards debuted a whole new look and not everyone is a fan of the bigger hair.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum made the big reveal during her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live hosted by Andy Cohen. Joining her for the episode–which initially aired on Wednesday, March 7–was Real Housewives of New York City alum and Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy star Sonja Morgan.
Despite entertaining several hot discussion topics, including a rehashing of RHOBH co-star Erika Jayne's comments about Richards' daughter Sami Sheen's OnlyFans career, fans couldn't help but comment on the 53-year-old's new 'do.
Deviating from her dirty blonde wavy hairstyle, Richards appeared to be embracing her curls and darker hair, stepping out and into the studio with a richer, chocolatey color. She completed the trendy mob wives-inspired look by framing the curls away from her face and rocking a cropped white fur jacket, which she paired with a body-hugging teal midi dress.
Some were all for it, saying the new 'do complimented her.
"That hair makes Denise look younger," one suggested.
"She looks great. And that was awesome she wore the jacket," another wrote in reference to a dramatic scene that played out in the Dec. 6 episode, in which fellow co-stars were certain Richards was wearing her jacket upside down.
"She looks amazing, brown hair really does her justice," a third shared in part.
Someone else exclaimed, "I love that curly hair!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥."
Others, however, were less than impressed.
"Damn brown hair will really make you homely," one unamused Instagram user wrote.
"Ugly jacket," a second shared. "I don’t like her curly hair."
"Do not like dark hair on Denise," a different user admitted. "Much [prettier] blonde."
"Brown hair and a perm?? Lord, bless it," another joked.
