Spencer Owen Setter, 85, of Pasco, died Feb. 26 in Richland.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

He was a retired salesman.

Frank Edward Campisi, 80, of West Richland, died Feb. 27 at Chaplaincy Hospice House in Kennewick.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and was a West Richland resident for the past 25 years.

He was a retired purchasing manager for the Department of Energy and other government agencies.

David W. McWhorter

David Wesley McWhorter, 55, of Pasco, died Feb. 26 in Pasco.

He was born in Seattle and lived in the Tri-Cities for 23 years.

Johnny K. James-Swanson

Johnny Kaiden James-Swanson, 33, of the Tri-Cities, died Feb. 28 in Spokane.

He was born in Richland and was a lifelong Tri-Cities resident.

He was a photographer and videographer.

Gregory Dean Reece, 73, of Pasco, died Feb. 26 in Kennewick.

He was born in Everett and lived in the Tri-Cities for seven years.

He was a sales associate.

Rose M. Rosane

Rose Marie Rosane, 71, of Kennewick, died Feb. 28 in Richland.

She was born in St. Ignatius, Mont., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 50 years.

She was a retired certified nursing assistant.

Paul E. Wishman

Paul Edwin Wishman, 88, of Kennewick, died Feb. 27 in Kennewick.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 60 years.

He was a retired cement worker.
