'Dancing With the Stars' Fans Don’t Hold Back After Tom Bergeron’s Wild Show Confession

Tom Bergeron may not host Dancing With the Stars these days, but he still loves to reveal secrets from his time on the show.
In a post added on Instagram, the former TV host shared a funny memento he found in his home.
Uploading a photo of his ID card from working on the ABC competition series, fans noticed that Tom's photo wasn't necessarily the standard snapshot. It turns out the picture was taken when he guest-starred as an alien trader named D'Marr.

It turns out the picture was taken when he guest-starred as an alien trader named D'Marr on a 2002 episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. As he share the surprising detail to his followers, he couldn't help but joke about it.
"For years, this was my actual security badge at @tvc.studios," he wrote on June 22, referencing the studio Dancing With the Stars films in. "The resemblance is uncanny 😏."
As folks noticed Tom's hilarious television confession, one familiar person immediately responded with her own sweet remark. "I miss [you] and this," replied his former co-host Erin Andrews.

Like Erin, fans also took note of the America's Funniest Home Videos alum's post. But unlike her, they immediately laughed alongside Tom for his creative approach to security identification.
"Oh gosh. 😉😂 I’m so glad you’re in the world. ❤️," one person wrote in the Instagram comments section. "This looks exactly like you," a different follower quipped. "Love your sense of humor 😅😅," another jested.
Needless to say, we love seeing Tom's wit shine online. What's more, he's been more vocal about supporting Dancing With the Stars as of late. When news broke that Julianne Hough would succeed Tyra Banks as co-host alongside Alfonso Ribeiro for season 32, he had nothing but high praise for the choice.
"Glad the show’s in good hands," he wrote about Julianne and Alfonso on Instagram on April 3. "Their feet ain’t bad, either 🪩😉👍🏼."
