Dallas Cowboys LB Micah Parsons to lead Lions Den Football Camp in El Paso
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons will help lead a football camp in El Paso in June.
The Micah Parsons Lions Den Football Camp, ages 6 to 16, will be from 1 to 5 p.m. June 17 at El Paso High School, 800 E. Schuster Ave. Both new and experienced football players will hone their skills.
Parsons and other coaches will provide hands-on instruction in a high-energy, positive environment. Camp activities include lectures, fundamental skill stations, contests, and awards. All campers will be grouped according to age to ensure proper levels of competition and instruction.
Campers should arrive in athletic gear such as gym shorts, cleats, and sneakers.
Outstanding campers will receive individual and team awards in each age group. Each camp participant will receive the following:

The cost of the camp is $199 plus fees, which can be paid online at www.flexworksports.com.
Parsons, who joined El Paso's Aaron Jones for his celebrity softball game in June, expressed his enthusiasm for the city's vibrant atmosphere.
"El Paso is one of my favorite new cities! I will be back I promise! This is cowboys country fr!!!” the NFL superstar tweeted last year.
