Jerry Jones announced some notable roster moves for the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday morning.

The Dallas Cowboys owner announced the plan on the offensive line moving forward. The NFC East franchise will be without offensive tackle La’el Collins, who’s been suspended for five games for failing to appear for a drug test.

Many Cowboys fans thought that the team would put All-Pro guard Zack Martin at one of the offensive tackle spots. Martin played some offensive tackle last season due to injuries. However, his natural position is guard, where he’s arguably the best in the entire league.

Jones, though, announced on Tuesday morning that Terence Steele will start at right tackle, with Martin at guard.

Jones further explained the decision.

“Our offense is just best served with (Martin) at right guard. We have a good alternative and (Martin) will be very helpful (to Steele),” Jones said.

There’s logic there, of course, but Cowboys fans aren’t loving it.

“They cant be serious Zack showed last year that he is great wherever u put him stop trying to force things and just do the smart thing Mike McCarthy these are the things that will get u fired,” one fan wrote.

“If they know he’ll do such a great job why are they already preparing to give him help??” another fan asked.

“Jerry, just detail the entire game plan for the Chargers while you’re at it,” one fan added.

Good luck getting Jerry Jones to stop talking, Cowboys fans.

Dallas and Los Angeles are set to meet on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 4:25 p.m. E.T. The game will air on CBS.
