The Dallas Cowboys did some important roster shuffling on Monday as they look ahead to a matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2.

On a positive note, Dallas reinstated star offensive guard Zack Martin and backup offensive lineman Brandon Knight from the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Martin’s absence was felt in the team’s Week 1 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his return should be a major boost.

On the flipside though, defensive end Randy Gregory was added to the COVID list and wide receiver Michael Gallup was placed on short-term IR after getting hurt in the opener. He’ll miss at least three weeks, and the Cowboys added veteran wideout Robert Foster to their practice squad in order to fortify depth at the position.

Dallas also re-signed kicker Lirim Hajrullahu to the practice squad after starter Greg Zuerlein struggled in Week 1. Hajrullahu was with the Cowboys during the summer before being released.

After losing to the Bucs last Thursday, Dallas will look to move to 1-1 with a win over a Chargers team that took care of business against the Washington Football Team yesterday.

Cowboys-Chargers will kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday from LA.
