Our Dalgona Whipped Chocolate Is Basically Hot Chocolate But Better

Hot chocolate just got even more fun to drink with our Dalgona-style chocolate milk recipe. This drink is all the flavors you expect from chocolate milk in a new form: a layered hot chocolate. Inspired by a viral Korean-style coffee drink called Dalgona, this kid-friendly version uses Nesquik cocoa powder rather than instant coffee to create a foamy chocolate milk topper that’s spooned over a glass of iced milk.

This perfect treat lets kids (or even teens or adults) enjoy it their way. Give them a spoon and let them stir it together to distribute the chocolate flavor, or just eat it with varying levels of chocolate foam to milk ratio, or hand them a straw and let them sip and stir. This hot chocolate is basically an excuse to play with your food.
