Dale! Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull coming to Nashville in 2024
Enrique Iglesias, Pitbull and Ricky Martin are bringing the fiesta to Nashville with their "The Trilogy - The Party Continues" tour. The three powerhouses will perform at Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024.
2023 saw the first leg of "The Trilogy" tour, with USA TODAYsaying that the trio, “came equipped with their individual charisma and a heap of hits during a four-hour night.” The tour, which began on Oct. 14, will run through Dec. 11.
The party picks back up with the new 2024 added dates, starting in Fresno, CA on Jan. 30. The trio will perform shows through mid-March in locations including Texas, Colorado, Canada, North Carolina and more.
What have Iglesias, Pitbull and Martin been up to?
Enrique Iglesias, a Spanish singer-songwriter, started his career in the mid-90s. The 48-year-old pop star is known for songs "Bailando" and "Loco" and released his latest single "Asi es la Vida" in September.
Iglesias' tour counterpart, Pitbull, is an American and Cuban rapper and singer-songwriter, born Armando Christian Pérez. The king of "Hotel Room Service," Pitbull is best known for songs "Give Me Everything," "Feel This Moment" and "International Love."
Pitbull released his latest album "Trackhouse" in October, a 14-song project with features that range from Zac Brown to Lil Jon.
Ricky Martin, the last of the trio, is also an Enrique. Born Enrique "Ricky" Martin Morales, he is a Puerto Rican singer and actor. Martin's most popular tunes are "Livin' la Vida Loca," "Vente Pa' Ca" and "Canción Bonita." Martin released single "Fuego de Noche, Nive de Día" in September with Christian Nodal.
What is the structure of 'The Trilogy' tour?
Turns out, these artists have spent some time together in the past. In 2017, Iglesias and Pitbull actually hit the stage together. In 2021, Iglesias and Martin collaborated on tour.
On their original leg of 2023 "The Trilogy" tour, Iglesias, Pitbull and Martin are treating the tour as its own mini-festival, with each performer doing their own co-headlining set.
Each performer hits the stage for around an hour, playing 13-15 songs. Pitbull has started off the night, followed by Iglesias, then Martin.
