CSI: Vegas Adds Reggie Lee for Season 3 (Exclusive)

Fresh off his appearance in the All Rise series finale, Reggie Lee has been recruited by CBS’ CSI: Vegas.

TVLine has learned exclusively that Lee — whose many TV credits also include Grimm, Prison Break (Season 2) and The Lincoln Lawyer — will guest-star on CSI: Vegas in multiple Season 3 episodes as Zhao, the new undersheriff of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

Lee’s new gig thus will reunite him with fellow All Rise alum Marg Helgenberger, who since Season 2 of CSI: Vegas has been reprising her franchise role of Catherine Willows.

Returning with Season 3 on Feb. 18, 2024 (where it will christen a new time slot, airing Sundays at 10/9c), CSI: Vegas follows Maxine Roby (played by Paula Newsome) and her team of crime scene investigators — Catherine Willows, Allie Rajan (Mandeep Dhillon), Detective Serena Chavez (Ariana Guerra), Chris Park (Jay Lee) and Beau Finado (Lex Medlin) — as they use science to solve baffling mysteries.

Chief among those mysteries, as Season 3 opens, is: Who framed team member Joshua Folsom (Matt Lauria) for a gruesome murder in the Season 2 finale?

In Season 1 of CSI: Vegas, as this latest CSI offshoot was getting a foothold, franchise vets William Petersen and Jorja Fox reprised their roles as Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle. Season 2 then rotated in Helgenberger as Catherine, while fellow CSI vet Eric Szmanda also returned for a brief arc as forensic investigator Greg Sanders.
