Thanks for joining us for live coverage of Crystal Palace's 3-2 victory over Wolves in the Premier League at Selhurst Park. Goodbye!

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

16:05

Palace's great record over Wolves continues, having now won five of their six Premier League meetings, with this latest victory enough to move the Eagles up to seventh heading into the international break. For O'Neil's side, their worrying start leaves them teetering just two points above the bottom three, a position they will be keen to improve on when they return to action.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

16:03

The final whistle goes and it is Palace who run out 3-2 winners thanks to Edouard's double and a goal from England international Eze. Former Celtic striker Edouard put the Eagles ahead when he finished off Mitchell's fine cross in the 56th minute, but Wolves were level shortly after, Hwang coming off the bench to divert Neto's free-kick into the back of the net. However, it was Palace who would kick on and win the game, with substitute Mateta setting up Eze to put the hosts back in front before also teeing up Edouard for his second to put the game beyond the visitors' reach. Cunha did pull a goal back in the dying seconds, but it was too little, too late for Wolves who fall to a third defeat of the season.

Edouard receives the ball from Eze before letting fly at goal, but his left-footed effort is always rising and soars over the bar.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

Eze's excellent corner delivery is met by Guehi, but his header is straight at Sa, who easily saves.

15:12

Ward receives a yellow card for a very late challenge on Neto near the touchline.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

15:09

Wolves have started the second half well, much like they did in the opening 45 minutes. Can they find a way through this Palace defence?

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

15:08

Neither of these sides has scored a first-half goal this season, with this the fourth game of the campaign for both teams.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

15:06

The hosts get us back underway for the second period.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:55

O'Neil will be the happier of the two managers at the interval, though he will be keen to figure out how to turn his team's possession advantage into more clear-cut chances, having only registered one shot on target to Palace's three despite having 59.7 per cent of the ball. Will the Wolves boss look to Kalajdzic again off the bench after his heroics at Goodison Park?

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:53

The game is goalless at the break after an opening 45 minutes of few chances at Selhurst Park. The hosts came closest with Wolves nearly the architects of their own downfall, as Sa woefully underhit a pass to Lemina. Lerma stole in before squaring for Ayew, who looked set to fire Palace in front, only for Kilman to get back and make a heroic block to save a certain goal. Neto looked threatening for the visitors, who shaded the first half without really troubling Johnstone between the hosts' sticks.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:50

HALF-TIME: CRYSTAL PALACE 0-0 WOLVES

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:50

SHOOT! Wolves work the ball really nicely down the left with a clever flick looking to have set Neto up to fire at goal, but he tries one pass too many and Palace get bodies in the way to clear.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:47

There will be three minutes of additional time at the end of this first half.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:46

Cunha looks as if he will nod Neto's cross from the left towards goal, but there is no shout for Dawson in front of him to leave it, and the former West Ham man gets to it first, skimming a header away from danger, much to Cunha's frustration.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:44

Neto shows some tricky footwork to cut in past Ward and make space for a shot on his right boot. His effort is decent, but Johnstone is able to tip over for a corner.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:42

Having only just returned to the field of play, Edouard sees a tame shot easily saved by Sa from a tight angle.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:42

After a lengthy pause for Edouard to receive treatment, play has now resumed with the Palace striker back on the pitch.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:40

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:25

Yellow Card Nélson Cabral Semedo

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:24

Eze strides towards Sa's goal, getting all the way into the penalty area before an important challenge from Dawson nips the ball away from a corner. Sa then takes the pressure off his defenders by leaping to claim the lofted set-piece delivery.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:23

Having lost 1-0 to Arsenal in their first home Premier League match this season, Palace are looking to avoid losing their opening two home games in a season for the first time since 2018-19. Palace have done so five times previously (1994-95, 1997-98, 2004-05, 2017-18, 2018-19), with only West Ham doing so more often in Premier League history (six).

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:21

Ayew's deep cross finds Schlupp at the back post, but he cannot get enough power on his effort and Sa easily gathers. Palace are growing into the game.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:20

After a positive start, Wolves very nearly shot themselves in the foot. Will that provide encouragement for the hosts?

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:19

OFF THE LINE!!! Kilman saves a certain goal after an almighty mix-up in the Wolves defence. Sa underhits a pass to Lemina and Lerma nips in. He squares it for Ayew, who shoots first time, and the ball looks to be heading in until Kilman makes a goal-saving block. That is a huge let-off for the visitors!

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:17

PENALTY!? Palace players and fans scream for a spot-kick as Eze takes a tumble under a Gomes challenge in the Wolves box as he looked to cut in on his right foot. VAR does take a look at the incident, but rules that there was not enough contact to award a penalty.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:14

O'Neil will be very encouraged by his team's start at Selhurst Park. They have been the side on the front foot, with the Eagles yet to get going.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:12

Wolves are continuing to threaten. This time it is Gomes who charges into the Palace box, but his shot is blazed wide of the target.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:11

Guehi receives an early telling-off from the referee after a late challenge on Cunha in midfield as the visitors looked to counter.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:10

Neto wins a corner with good work down the left, but a towering header from Andersen clears the resulting set-piece. The ball does come back into the box, but Silva blasts his shot well over the crossbar.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:08

The visitors have enjoyed the better of the opening exchanges, but neither side has been able to fashion a real chance yet.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:07

Wolves win the ball high up the pitch and Cunha has options to his left and right. In the end, he underhits a pass to his right for Neto and Palace scramble clear.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:05

Palace have won their last three Premier League home games against Wolves – in their top-flight history they have only won four in a row against Stoke (1969-1973), Southampton (1980-1991) and Wimbledon (1989-1992).

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:01

The visitors kick us off and we are underway!

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

14:01

The two teams make their way onto the pitch ahead of this big Premier League contest!

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

13:57

O'Neil makes two changes from the win at Goodison Park as Ait-Nouri is preferred to Bueno at left-back while Sarabia comes in for Hwang on the wing. Kalajdzic, who came off the bench to score the dramatic late winner against the Toffees, is again named as a substitute. New signing Gonzalez could come on for his debut.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

13:53

Hodgson names an unchanged starting XI from his team's last Premier League outing, a 1-1 draw away at Brentford last weekend. Despite scoring a 22-minute hat-trick to help the Eagles come from behind against Plymouth Argyle in the EFL Cup in midweek, Mateta remains on the bench as Edouard, who also netted in that game, starts up front.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

13:41

A turbulent pre-season for the visitors saw Julen Lopetegui leave as head coach three days before the campaign got underway, but his replacement Gary O'Neil has stepped in and somewhat steadied the ship, albeit overseeing two defeats from his opening three matches. A win away at Everton last time out has left fans optimistic that O'Neil can preserve their team's top-flight status after the former West Ham midfielder kept Bournemouth up last season.

Crystal Palace vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

13:37

The hosts endured a disappointing season last time out, needing the return of former manager Roy Hodgson to stave off relegation, but they have had a solid start to this one, taking a win, a draw and a defeat from their opening three games to leave them 12th. A win here could move them as high as fifth in the early stages of this Premier League campaign.
