Crist and DeSantis set to face off in Florida governor debate. Here’s how you tune in
Gov. Ron DeSantis and his challenger, Charlie Crist, are finally facing off Monday for the first — and only — time ahead of the governor’s race in November.
The debate, which was postponed from its original Oct. 12 date due to Hurricane Ian, starts at 7 p.m. and will be held at the Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce. Monday night’s event is closed to the public.
DeSantis, a Republican seeking a second term, is challenged by Crist, former Democratic congressman. Crist served as governor from 2007 to 2011; he, too, was a Republican at the time.
Here’s how Floridians can check it out as the race for governor of the Sunshine State heats up.
