Creighton Shocks Iowa: College Basketball World Reacts
The Creighton Bluejays pulled off a major upset Sunday by eliminating Caitlin Clark and the No. 2 Iowa Hawkeyes from the NCAA women’s college basketball tournament.
With 15 seconds left, Laura Jensen made a go-ahead three-pointer to give No. 10 Creighton a 64-62 victory. The sophomore guard finished with a team-high 19 points to take the program to its first-ever Sweet 16.
Adding more fuel to the underdog tale, Jensen transferred from Iowa after averaging just 6.9 minutes over 15 games as a first-year student.

Just a reminder that Lauren Jensen who hit that go-ahead 3 for Creighton, is a transfer from Iowa…

Sophomore sensation Caitlin Clark tallied 15 points, 11 assists, and eight rebounds in a losing effort. The guard had a rough shooting performance, going 4-of-19 while making just three of 10 three-point attempts.
Some fans thought the officials let Creighton get away with overly physical defense on Iowa’s star.
There's no such thing as "freedom of movement" when Caitlin Clark is concerned. She'd draw a PI on every route if she was a wide receiver. She can't buy a foul in women's basketball.
