Cowboys Cheerleader Show Ending: NFL World Reacts
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are one of the most-iconic brands in all of sports and for more than a decade, the squad has been featured in a television show, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team.
That show is ending after a 16-year run.
The Cowboys announced on Saturday that the long-running television show on CMT will be coming to an end this year.
However, the show will not be going away completely. Negotiations with a new partner are underway.
“We could never have anticipated the outpouring of admiration and support from our fans and friends over the 16 Seasons on CMT’s Making the Team,” said Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Director Kelli Finglass. “The global impact on our brand and the beautiful journeys of amazing performers and teammates have been amazing.”
