The Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will kick off the 2021 NFL season with the first Thursday night matchup of the year.

Just one day ahead of this season-opener, both teams have released their final injury reports.

The Cowboys had full participation from all players with the exception of four-time All-Pro offensive guard Zack Martin, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week.

Chris Godwin, who was added to the Bucs’ injury report as a limited participant on Tuesday, was a full participant for today’s practice and will play on Thursday night, per NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.

Starting Tampa Bay safety Jordan Whitehead remains sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Veterans Rob Gronkowski, Jason Pierre-Paul and Steve McLendon were all listed on yesterday’s injury report as non injury-related non participants as they rest up for tomorrow night’s game. Wide receiver Antonio Brown and running back Giovanni Bernard will both be ready to go on Thursday after dealing with minor injuries throughout the preseason.

While the Cowboys have several notable players (Dak Prescott: shoulder, DeMarcus Lawrence: back, etc) on the injury report, they’ll all suit up tomorrow after a full practice on Wednesday.

Martin is the only Cowboy with a question mark heading into Thursday’s game. While he could still return if he receives two negative tests in the coming 24 hours, that possibility is looking more and more unlikely.

Tomorrow’s game will kickoff at 8 p.m. ET in Tampa Bay’s Raymond James Stadium.
