Country singer Morgan Wallen will perform in Tacoma. Here’s how to get concert tickets

Country singer Morgan Wallace will perform at the Tacoma Dome next fall.

The East Tennessee singer’s One Night At A Time World Tour will stop in Tacoma with country music artists ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman on Oct. 7.

Wallen finished his 55-city Dangerous Tour on Oct. 8, missing Washington state.

“Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour. I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the Dangerous album the way they did,” Wallen said in a news release.

The One Night At A Time Tour, produced by Live Nation, kicks off in New Zealand and Australia on March 15, with 39 dates and 17 stadiums, amphitheaters or arenas. Wallen will play at Milwaukee’s American Family Field, New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium, Chicago’s Wrigley Field and Boston’s Fenway Park. The Tacoma Dome will be the last tour stop.

“I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off; but the truth is, I have been writing and making so much music in my off time because I feel as inspired as I ever have,” Wallen said in a news release. “It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night At A Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”

The tour is named after one of his new songs on his new three-song collection “One Thing At A Time – Sampler” that will be released at midnight Thursday.

To get tickets, fans should register for the Verified Fan presale at Ticketmaster. Verified Fan registration closes Dec. 4 at 11:59 p.m. Tickets will be on sale to the general public beginning Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Heritage Bank Box Office at the Tacoma Dome or online at ticketmaster.com. For every ticket sold for the U.S. dates, $3 will go to the Morgan Wallen Foundation, which has previously supported Greater Good Music by donating more than 500,000 meals-and-counting, to Children Are People, the Salvation Army and National Museum of African American Music.

Wallen competed in the sixth season of The Voice in 2014. He released his debut album, If I Know Me, in 2018. Dangerous: The Double Album was released in 2021. Dangerous made a Billboard 200 record as the only country album to spend its first seven weeks at No. 1. Wallen was named the 2022 American Music Awards’ Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Country Song winner.
