Costco Finally Sells the $25 Lodge Product I Use for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

I've never seen it so cheap.

When I go to Costco, I expect to pick up my standbys—toilet paper, Kerrygold butter, and our family's go-to frozen meatballs— as well as some seasonal treats like whatever's cooking up in the bakery section. But sometimes, the best finds come in the most unexpected places. Real Costco fans know not to overlook the homewares section, as it can hold some of the best rotating deals on name-brand cookware. That's certainly the case with the latest Lodge product I spotted on Costco shelves, which is a product that pretty much dominated our cooking rotation all summer long last year.

Costco Sells the $25 Lodge Griddle I Swear By

Thanks to a few social accounts and Reddit users, I discovered my favorite kitchen addition of the last year is now at Costco. It's a double-sided cast iron griddle from the maker of our go-to cast iron skillet, Lodge. One side is a smooth griddle, and the other is a ridged grill. You can use it across burners on your stovetop or place it on top of your grill grates outside.

I got a comparable model for my dad last spring and we used it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—or sometimes all three—nearly every single day all summer long. At breakfast, we'd make fried eggs, crispy hash browns, and of course, the best, fluffiest pancakes. For lunch, we'd use it to griddle sandwiches to crunchy perfection, and for dinner, we seared skin-on fish fillets, shrimp, veggies, and fajitas-style chicken and steak. And don't even get me started on the smash burgers—and smash burger tacos—we spent the summer mastering.

The model I bought was over $75 and this exact griddle/grill pan is typically $60. Priced at just $24.99 at Costco, this is a steal. And psst—it makes an incredible gift for anyone who likes to cook if you want to plan ahead for Mother's Day and Father's Day. What more do I need to say? Grab your Costco card and get to your nearest warehouse, stat!
