Coroner identifies pedestrian killed by hit-run driver. What suspect vehicle may look like

The Fresno County Coroner Monday identified a pedestrian who was killed by a suspected hit-and-run driver on Dudley Avenue east of Valentine Avenue Friday night.

The victim was Brian Davis, 29, of Fresno.

Police reported that Davis was walking westbound on Dudley about 10:30 p.m. when he was struck by an unknown vehicle, thrown to the shoulder of the roadway and died at the scene.

The suspect vehicle may be a 2017-2019 Chevrolet Trax, according to the California Highway Patrol. It was unclear if alcohol or drugs were a factor.
