Coronation Street confirms stalker drama on Daisy and Daniel's wedding day
Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street boss Iain MacLeod has confirmed the details for the ongoing stalker storyline, confirming that it will tie into Daisy Midgeley and Daniel Osbourne's wedding day.
Photos from filming show Daniel at the wedding venue, but Daisy is nowhere to seen, and it's easy to assume that her stalker Justin might have something to do with it.
Appearing on Loose Women this week, MacLeod confirmed that unfortunately, the couple wouldn't be able to get Justin to leave her alone before her big day.

"My press officer wouldn't thank me for giving too much away at this point! But it's a soap wedding – when do they ever go smoothly, let's put it that way," he explained.
"Obviously the story that's starting now, with Daisy experiencing this stalker, will continue all the way up to and including the wedding day. That will form part of the drama that will take place around the wedding.
"But I think Daniel and Daisy are for keeps. No spoilers, but even if the wedding doesn't go entirely according to plan, I do think long-term they're a couple that I'm really invested in."

During his appearance on the ITV daytime show, MacLeod also dropped some details about future plots, confirming that Stephen will be caught out, revealing that Max will get a new love interest, and that Hope will have some light-hearted storylines after all her villainous ones.
