Connections Game Answers for Monday, September 18, 2023:

1. INTELLIGENT: BRIGHT, CLEVER, QUICK, SHARP

Connections #99 was a good one to start off the new work week.

At first, I tried including SMART with three of the other "intelligent" words to form a group. I also wondered if LASSO was going to be related to the other cowboy-related words at one point.

I'll admit that in my final category, I could name Ted Lasso, Veronica Mars and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, but I wasn't sure what show had SMART in the title. Spoiler alert: it's Get Smart with the character Maxwell Smart.

Luckily, I was able to solve all four today without using up my guesses—much better than Saturday's experience!
