Concord man, 22, dies in Bow motorcycle crash

Apr. 9—A Concord man died early Tuesday when the motorcycle he was riding hit the side of a box truck in Bow, police said.

Around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Bow police responded to the crash at the intersection of Route 3A and Robinson Road.

According to police, the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Route 3A when it struck the passenger side of the box truck as the truck was turning left onto Robinson Road. The box truck caught fire from the impact, and was later extinguished by Bow firefighters.

The motorcycle operator, identified as Carson Hardy, 22, of Concord, was pronounced dead at the scene by Hooksett Fire Department personnel.

The New Hampshire Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene to determine the exact cause of death. Those results are pending, officials said.

The operator of the box truck, Bryan Floyd, 65, of Bow, is cooperating with the investigation, police said. He was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
