Henry Cavill and his girlfriend Natalie Viscuso are gearing up for a major milestone in their relationship: parenthood.

Cavill, 40, and Viscuso, 34, made their relationship official on social media in 2021. Since then, they've coupled up for red-carpet premieres and posted photos of each other on Instagram.

It's unclear exactly how or when they met, but Cavill is known for his role as Clark Kent/Superman in the DC Extended Universe and Viscuso is the vice president of TV at Vertigo Entertainment. Prior to that, she worked as the vice president of television and digital studios at Legendary Entertainment, one of the production companies behind "Man of Steel."

April 10, 2021: Cavill and Viscuso go Instagram-official with their relationship days after paparazzi catch them walking hand-in-hand

Three days after the Daily Mail published photos of the pair walking in London with the actor's dog Kal, Cavill and Viscuso both posted a photo of them playing chess using a "Game of Thrones" themed set.

"This is me looking quietly confident shortly before my beautiful and brilliant love Natalie, destroys me at chess," Cavill captioned his Instagram post.

"Just teaching my dear Henry how to play some chess...or...maybe he let me win?" Viscuso captioned her post.

May 15, 2021: Cavill addresses 'animosity' he's noticed from fans online and says he's 'happy in love, and in life'

Cavill shared a selfie of him and Viscuso on Instagram, accompanied by a lengthy message to his followers. The "Witcher" star said that he's come across "social animosity" and speculation regarding his private and professional relationships.

"To you out there who are expressing your disdain and showing your displeasure through a surprising variety of ways, it's time to stop," Cavill said. "I know it can be fun to speculate, to gossip, and to dive into our own personal echo chambers on the internet, but your 'passion' is misplaced, and it causes harm to the people I care about most."

"I am very happy in love, and in life," he added. "I'd be enormously grateful if you were happy with me."

November 10, 2021: Viscuso calls Cavill 'the greatest man I have ever known'

Viscuso gushed about Cavill's cover story for The Hollywood Reporter.

"I am so, so proud of you, Henry," she wrote. "You truly are the greatest man I have ever known. The Hollywood Reporter did an incredible job with this cover story - it really is a great read. SO PROUD I'm literally crying."

May 2022: They celebrate Cavill's 39th birthday together with a homemade meal

"My beautiful sous chef Natalie and I celebrated it in our own way this past weekend by cooking up some foods at home," Cavill captioned a series of videos and photos of his birthday feast, which included Persian-style chicken kebabs, gyro bread, and saffron rice.

October 27, 2022: Cavill and Viscuso make their red carpet debut at the world premiere of 'Enola Holmes 2'

December 16, 2022: Cavill and Viscuso announce they're collaborating on an adaptation of the video game 'Warhammer 40,000'

"For 30 years I have dreamt of seeing a Warhammer universe in live action," Cavill wrote on Instagram. "Now, after 22 years of experience in this industry, I finally feel that I have the skill set and experience to guide a Warhammer Cinematic Universe into life."

"Partnering with Natalie Viscuso at Vertigo has been a blessing beyond words, without her we might not have found the perfect home at Amazon," he added. "And having a home like Amazon will give us the freedom to be true to the massive scope of Warhammer."

Viscuso shared similar enthusiasm about their collaboration in a post she shared on her Instagram.

"Fantasy, horror and sci-fi are the bedrock of my creative language, so when Henry introduced me to Warhammer a couple of years ago, I immediately felt at home," she said.

June 28, 2023: Viscuso supports Cavill at the season 3 premiere of 'The Witcher'

June 23, 2023: Cavill and Viscuco get a dog named Baggins

Two months after Viscuso's longtime French bulldog named Meat died, the couple welcomed another dog into their family.

In an Instagram post, Cavill said that Meat's death hurt, but "there was a hole in our hearts that needed nourishing."

"Natalie and I have opened a new chapter in our lives, in a few ways, and this little chap is one of them," he said.

January 24, 2024: Viscuso supports Cavill during the press tour for 'Argylle'

Cavill starred in Matthew Vaughn's action movie as the fictional Agent Argylle, the protagonist of a book series. Viscuso supported Cavill at the film's premieres in South Korea and London.

April 15, 2024: Cavill confirms he and Viscuso are expecting their first child together

The day after Viscuso's baby bump was seen in paparazzi photos of the couple in New York City, the actor confirmed her pregnancy.

"I'm very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I'm sure you'll see much more of that," Cavill told Access Hollywood at the NYC premiere of Guy Ritchie's film "The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare," in which he plays Gus March-Phillips.
