Warby Parker calls itself "a one-stop shop" for vision-care needs. The store will carry sun and optical eyewear offerings, including the company's new Memory Metal and Fall 2023 collections, as well as its brand of daily contact lenses, Scout by Warby Parker, plus third-party contacts.

Exclusively at The Avenue Viera store will be colorful custom store artwork by artist Hye Jin Chung.

The company offered limited-edition tote bags with any eyewear purchase, while supplies last.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Warby Parker to The Avenue Viera,” said Kyle Cooper, general manager of The Avenue Viera. “Warby Parker is committed to community, and we’re excited to provide our guests with access to high-quality vision care, services and incredible products.”

Warby Parker’s mission is to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose and style. The store will offer eye exams and carry their full optical and sun eyewear offerings.

“We’re excited to expand our retail presence in Florida with our 16th store in the state and first store in the Melbourne area, just in time for holiday shopping,” said Sandy Gilsenan, chief retail and customer experience officer at Warby Parker. “Our goal is to always meet our customers where they are, and we’re so happy to join The Avenue Viera to make it more convenient for the Melbourne community to access affordable, holistic vision care in one place.”

The vision-care retailer is located next to Talbots near lululemon and Sephora.

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 with a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose and style — without charging a premium for it. Headquartered in New York City, the co-founder-led lifestyle brand pioneers ideas, designs products and develops technologies that help people see, from designer-quality prescription glasses (starting at $95) and contacts, to eye exams and vision tests available online and in more than 215 retail stores across the United States and Canada.

The brand believes in vision for all, which is why, for every pair of glasses or sunglasses sold, it distributes a pair to someone in need through their Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program. To date, Warby Parker has worked alongside its nonprofit partners to distribute more than 13 million glasses to people in need.
