Who owns Khob Khun Thai & Sushi?

Luksika Bridges, who is from the northeastern region of Thailand and moved to Vero Beach in 2008, opened the first location of Khob Khun Thai & Sushi at 13600 U.S. 1 in Sebastian in 2022. The phrase "khob khun" in Thai translates to "thank you." Bridges wanted her second location to be in downtown Fort Pierce because the area is growing.

"We want to be other options for customers to taste Thai food and sushi. We're glad to have this opportunity to continue the restaurant that used to be," she said, referring to Krazy Fish.

After the closing of Krazy Fish, two other Thai restaurants still remain downtown: Thai Pepper Restaurant and Wasabi Thai Sushi, previously Bangkok in Downtown.
