Tuesday's game: Columbus 7, Toledo 6

Replay: The Clippers won on a controversial call in the bottom of the 10th inning. With the bases loaded and two out, Toledo third baseman Jace Jung fielded Bryan Lavastida's ground ball and threw to first. The throw pulled first baseman Keston Hiura off the base, but Hiura tried to tag Lavastida. Umpire Kelvis Velez ruled Lavastida safe, leading to animated arguments from the Mud Hens, who claimed Hiura tagged Lavastida before he reached base. Johnathan Rodriguez scored on the throwing error.

Raynel Delgado opened the 10th on second base. Rodriguez was walked intentionally before Jhonkensy Noel was hit by a pitch to load the bases. Daniel Schneemann struck out, and Delgado was forced out at home on after a ground ball by Jose Tena, setting up Lavastida's at-bat.

The Clippers tied the game 6-6 in the eighth on a two-run home run by Schneemann. Kyle Manzardo also homered for Columbus.
