College Football World Speculating About McKenzie Milton

McKenzie Milton last played in a college football game in the 2018 season. Fans were hoping he would return to game action on Sunday night, but it doesn’t look like that will be happening.

Florida State named Jordan Travis is starting quarterback ahead of Sunday night’s game against Notre Dame.

It hasn’t been a great performance for Travis – or the Seminoles – as he’s 8 for 17 for 122 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.

Fans are wondering why Milton is unable to go. He’s a couple of years removed from his devastating leg injury. It was surprising to see him return to college football at all, so perhaps a return to game action isn’t in the cards.

We’ll likely learn why Milton didn’t get the starting nod following tonight’s game against Notre Dame. Florida State head coach Mike Norvell will address the media following the contest and the Milton topic will surely be raised.

For now, though, fans are left to speculate about the Florida State quarterback position.

Notre Dame leads Florida State early in the fourth quarter. The game is on ABC.
