College football on television this weekend (Sept. 16-17)

Dave Neal will be on play-by-play, Deuce McAllister will provide analysis and Andraya Carter will be reporting from the sideline for the SEC Network on Saturday when No. 9-ranked Kentucky faces Youngstown State at noon.

Meanwhile, Louisville plays Friday night as the Cardinals welcome Florida State to Cardinal Stadium for an ACC clash. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. on ESPN. U of L is coming off a 20-14 victory at Central Florida last Friday. Florida State has not played since its 24-23 win over LSU on Sunday, Sept. 4.

As for matchups featuring ranked teams, No. 12 BYU will be in Eugene to face No. 25 Oregon on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. on Fox. At 9 p.m. on ESPN, No. 13 Miami is at No. 24 Texas A&M on ESPN.

In Saturday games featuring state schools, Western Kentucky is at Indiana at noon on the Big Ten Network. Murray State is at Ball State at 2 p.m. on ESPN Plus. Eastern Kentucky plays host to Charleston Southern at 6 p.m. on ESPN Plus. Morehead State plays host to Kentucky Christian at 6 p.m. on ESPN Plus.
