A witness observed a white pickup, described as possibly being a Ford F250 with black toolboxes in the back and a trailer, stopped in the area of 8001 Valley Glen Road at approximately 4:15 p.m. When the witness returned about 20 minutes later, the truck was gone.

Sgt. Matthew Rager said the actor is likely someone who has local knowledge and that due to what was dumped, which appears to be construction debris, it's possible that it was dumped nearby by someone remodeling a home.

"We're hoping someone maybe had remodeling done area, and certainly they're not on the hook for doing that. It's whoever actually dumped it, they're going to be held responsible."

The witness described a male wearing a white T-shirt and tan shorts standing by the vehicle. Indications are that the actor most likely left the scene traveling over the bridge into North Londonderry Township.

Police are asking that anyone who was in the area and might have witnessed this individual/vehicle, or might have additional information to contact the department. Additionally, if any residents in the area along Valley Glen Road, Patton Road, Glen Road or Syner Rpad who might have security video footage of this vehicle to contact the Cleona Police Dept. at 717-274-2510. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
